HOW IT WORKS
WHAT WE OFFER
- With every paid exam you'll receive study materials to prepare. (We recommend a minimum of 1 week of study time).
- Free mobile registration service to restaurants in Pinellas County with 2 or more examinees. Otherwise, $10 service charge or free online registration with study materials mailed. Service to limited areas in Pasco County, Hillsborough County & beyond with group requirements.
- Instant pass/fail results. ServSafe Food Manager Certificate is emailed to print same day.
- If you took exam with us and did not pass, retake fee is $80 if retested within 30 days of fail date, otherwise full price. Examinee part of group located 10 miles from office address can retest in our office without mobile service charges.
- Same day testing is cash or card only.
- Proctor only services are available. Examinee must provide ServSafe online exam code voucher to access exam.
- Feel free to contact us with any questions. Exam must be pre-paid to hold appointment date/time and receive free study materials. No refunds after study guide material sent/received – no exceptions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: With payment, I understand the study material provided is information needed to operate a food safe kitchen in the State of Florida and it is my responsibility to study any/all other resources available to ensure passing the ServSafe Food Manager exam. I understand the exam code assigned to me will automatically deactivate 30 days after registration date. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the office to reschedule prior to deactivation date or additional payment will be required .

TESTING
The day prior to (or the day of) your exam, we text and/or call to confirm you are ready to take your exam, appointment time and location. If you need additional study time, no worries, you have 30 days from date of registration before your exam code expires in our system. Full price after expiration.
On exam day, Proctor will come to your restaurant or you come to our office. Tablets are supplied for 10 people to take online exam (groups larger than 10 can test on their phone or other device). The exam is 90 multiple choice questions and is timed for 120 minutes; most complete it in about an hour. If time permits, we offer a inspection of your kitchen to catch any potential violations & save money on avoidable costly citations.
