By submitting payment, I acknowledge that the study materials provided are intended to help prepare examinees to operate a food-safe kitchen in the State of Florida and to assist in preparing for the ServSafe Food Manager Exam. I understand that successful exam completion ultimately depends on my own study efforts, including reviewing any additional resources I choose to use.
I understand that the exam code assigned to me will automatically expire 30 days from the registration date. It is my responsibility to contact the office prior to the expiration date if rescheduling is needed. Failure to reschedule before expiration may require additional payment and issuance of a new exam code.
All study materials, guides, documents, and related content provided with registration are confidential and proprietary. By accepting these materials, I agree that they may not be copied, reproduced, photographed, shared, distributed, uploaded, posted, sold, or transmitted in any format, whether printed or electronic, without written permission.
These materials are intended solely for the registered examinee’s personal use in preparation for the exam.
