With every paid exam at registration, you’ll receive complimentary study materials to help you prepare with confidence. We strongly recommend allowing at least one week of study time for the best chance of success.
Enjoy FREE mobile registration service for restaurants in Pinellas County with 2 or more examinees. Individual appointments are available with a small $10 mobile service fee, or choose FREE online registration with study materials mailed directly to you. Limited mobile service available in Pasco County, Hillsborough County, and surrounding areas for qualifying groups.
Receive instant pass/fail results immediately after testing. Your ServSafe Food Manager Certificate will be emailed the same day so you can print and use it right away.
Didn’t pass the first time? We offer a discounted retest fee of just $85 when retesting within 30 days of the original exam date. Examinees who were part of a mobile testing group located within 10 miles of our office may retest at our office without mobile service charge.
Need testing quickly? Same-day testing appointments may be available. Same-day appointments require payment by cash only.
Proctor-only services are also available for examinees who already have a ServSafe online exam voucher code or purchased in our shop.
We’re happy to answer any questions to help make the process simple & stress-free. Exams must be prepaid to reserve your appointment & receive complimentary study materials. Please note: due to the immediate delivery of study materials, no refunds are available once materials have been shipped or received.

By submitting payment, I acknowledge that the study materials provided are intended to help prepare examinees to operate a food-safe kitchen in the State of Florida and to assist in preparing for the ServSafe Food Manager Exam. I understand that successful exam completion ultimately depends on my own study efforts, including reviewing any additional resources I choose to use.

I understand that the exam code assigned to me will automatically expire 30 days from the registration date. It is my responsibility to contact the office prior to the expiration date if rescheduling is needed. Failure to reschedule before expiration may require additional payment and issuance of a new exam code.

All study materials, guides, documents, and related content provided with registration are confidential and proprietary. By accepting these materials, I agree that they may not be copied, reproduced, photographed, shared, distributed, uploaded, posted, sold, or transmitted in any format, whether printed or electronic, without written permission.

These materials are intended solely for the registered examinee’s personal use in preparation for the exam.

The day before — or the day of — your scheduled exam, we will text and/or call to confirm your appointment time, location, and readiness to test. Need a little more study time? No problem. Your exam code remains active for 30 days from your registration date, giving you flexibility to schedule when you feel prepared. Please note: once the code expires, a new registration at full price will be required.
On exam day, your certified Proctor can travel directly to your restaurant, or you may choose to test at our office location. Tablets are provided for groups of up to 10 examinees taking the online exam. Larger groups are welcome and may use their own smartphone, tablet, or laptop device if needed.
The ServSafe Food Manager Exam consists of 90 multiple-choice questions with a 120-minute time limit, though most examinees finish in approximately one hour.
When scheduling allows, we may also provide a complimentary informal kitchen walkthrough to help identify potential food safety violations before your official inspection — potentially saving your business from costly citations and repeat violations.
